Yang You

Yang You is a senior research assistant at Brookings Metro. Under the direction of Mark Muro, Senior Fellow and Policy Director at Brookings Metro, You conducts research and analysis focusing on inclusive tech, digital adoption, and industrial competitiveness.

Prior to joining Brookings, You interned with the National League of Cities and the Greater Washington Partnership. You has previously served at the World Bank as a consultant exploring digital solutions to prevent corruption.

You holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain management and political science from the University of Minnesota, and a master of arts in American Government from Georgetown University.
