Brookings provides a generous comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements that support the benefits of reduced commutes, better work-life balance, and increased productivity.
Most Brookings positions are hybrid, combining regular in-person presence at our Washington, DC, office with the option of at least two days of remote work each week. A limited number of positions are on-site full-time or are eligible for more extensive remote work.
