Johannes Urpelainen is a nonresident senior fellow at Brookings, the director and Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Professor of Energy, Resources and Environment at Johns Hopkins SAIS, and the founding director of the Initiative for Sustainable Energy Policy (ISEP).
