Carlo Bastasin is a nonresident senior fellow in the Foreign Policy program at Brookings. As an economist and editoralist, Bastasin’s work focuses on European political and economic analysis. Carlo is also the author of the new and expanded edition of “Saving Europe: Anatomy of a Dream” (Brookings Institution Press, 2015).
